E-Commerce Agency Refund Policy
E-Commerce Agency allows you to request your money back within 30 days of order placement and reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time, with or without notice, depending upon the scenario.
This offer strictly applies when a refund is requested after reviewing the initial onboarding, strategy outline, setup plan, or first-stage deliverables only. Requesting revisions, approvals, implementation, account setup, or further work on the initial deliverables shall be regarded as a continuation of the project and will make this guarantee annulled. We rely on the customer's prompt feedback, required account access, and approvals during the service process to complete the work effectively.
I. Client Non-Responsiveness
We won't entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 15 days. However, the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is a personal issue.
II. Service Package Forfeiture
If the client wants to forfeit any e-commerce store setup, marketplace management, automation, virtual assistant, or channel-build portion of a package after 30 days, a refund won't be applicable. We can hold the project in such a case, and the client can return later to get the project started again.
III. Additional Revisions or Non-Responsiveness
The customer shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if the customer requests additional revisions, including one or more changes to store setup, listings, product research, automation workflows, platform strategy, or any approved first-stage deliverables regardless of complexity.
You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from E-Commerce Agency.
IV. Finalizing Part of an Order
In case one part of an order is finalized, the customer won't be eligible for a refund for the rest of the remaining package.
V. Non-Refundable Fees
24-hour rush delivery fees, urgent service fees, expedited setup fees, and priority change requests are non-refundable.
VI. Change of Mind
We won't entertain or refund any orders if the client changes their mind.
VII. Specific Refund Conditions
No refund is available for agencies, resellers, or those who order our services on behalf of another entity. If an order cancellation request is posted prior to delivery of initial onboarding work, strategy documents, setup plans, product research, store assets, or other first-stage deliverables, you are eligible for a refund.
In case of a duplicate charge, 100% of the duplicate amount will be returned. If service requirements are not fulfilled as committed at the time of sale, or if deliverables are not provided in accordance with the delivery policy, a refund may be claimed, though proof is required for such commitment.
For bundle packages, such as Amazon automation, Walmart management, Shopify dropshipping, TikTok Shop, YouTube automation, Facebook Marketplace, virtual assistant support, account reinstatement, or other service combinations, refunds will be based on the services already availed. If there is discontinuation of a certain service included in the bundle package, the refund must be claimed before the initiation of that service.
When the Refund Policy Will Be Nil
The E-Commerce Agency refund policy will be nil if:
- You have chosen a special package.
- The primary strategy, store setup, or service direction has been approved.
- You have demanded revisions.
- The cancellation has been made due to reasons not related to the company.
- The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.
- Company policies have been violated.
- Another company or service provider has been approached for the same project.
- The onboarding brief, marketplace information, account access, or product information is lacking required details.
- A complete platform, package, store model, or service direction change has been demanded.
- The claim has crossed the given request-for-refund time span.
- The business is closing, changing its name, or changing its business.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made under a promotional offer, refunds will not be provided. We encourage customers to review all terms and conditions before availing any promotional offers.
Service-Related Refund Limits
Reasons such as change of mind, disagreement with a partner, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
If a client subscribes for a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only be applicable to that particular service and not the entire bundle.
The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Third-party or recurring services and costs, including but not limited to social media management, SEO, domain registration, web hosting, marketplace fees, software subscriptions, ad spend, supplier costs, and platform charges, are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
In case of store builds, websites, marketplace accounts, automation workflows, product research, listings, or channel setup, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the direction and the work has moved into implementation, development, publishing, or management.
Communication and Delivery
All communication between the E-Commerce Agency team and the customer should be documented on the registered email address provided by the customer.
For order delivery, the company shall contact the customer through the email address provided by the customer at least three times. In case of no response from the customer after three emails, including delivery and reminders, and the expiry of seven consecutive working days from delivery of the project, the project shall be deemed accepted by the customer.
The company shall not be liable for refunds after this date, as the company has already deployed resources for project fulfillment and allowed reasonable time for the customer to respond.
If the customer is non-responsive on their registered email address with the company for 10 consecutive days, the money-back guarantee offer becomes void for the contract or project. E-Commerce Agency will review and uphold the offer at its own discretion.
Project Cancellation and Ownership
E-Commerce Agency holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary.
After a refund, you will not have any rights to use the strategies, research, product lists, listings, store assets, automation workflows, SOPs, deliverables, or project materials for any purpose. They will be the sole property of E-Commerce Agency, and the company will be the rightful owner of those materials.
